The Solo Collection
To mark the rock legend’s 80th birthday and 40 years after his death, a special anniversary edition of John Lennon will be released in 2020.
“Gimme Some Truth. – The Ultimate Mixes” is available as a CD and double CD, as a limited edition with double CD plus Blu-ray audio, as a double LP and as a limited edition with four LPs
The collections are dedicated to the highlights of Lennon’s solo career. The limited editions each include 36 songs. Included are classics like “Give Peace A Chance”, “Instant Karma!”, “Power To The People”, “Imagine”, “(Just Like) Starting Over”, “Woman” and “Jealous Guy”.
All tracks from the “Gimme Some Truth.” collection have been remixed from scratch to ensure the highest quality playback. Production was handled by Yoko Ono Lennon and Sean Ono Lennon.
The Blu-ray Audio also includes the Ultimate Mixes in studio quality (24-bit/96kHz HD Stereo) as well as in 5.1 Surround Sound and in Dolby Atmos.
