As he casts deep shadows below, sharp iron spires and a congregation of villains rise above. The Joker and Scarecrow smile while they frame their fellow fiends. The Penguin and Riddler, with their iconic hats and canes, posture in the center. And Mr. Freeze looms largest of all, his presence causing Batman’s entire world to plummet into sub-zero temperatures.
Originally created on smooth watercolor paper with marker and acrylic as a variant cover for Detective Comics #995 (2019), written by Peter Tomasi for DC, this Batman art is now available to fans as an unframed giclée print or in a custom framed presentation.
