Simply The Best is an 18-track collection of some of Tina Turner’s most beloved love songs, including, of course, What’s Love Got To Do With It, I Don’t Wanna Lose You, Steamy Windows and Private Dancer. Originally released on CD back in 1991, the compilation achieved multiplatinum awards around the world. It stayed on the UK charts for over two years and is one of the best-selling compilations of all time
On November 26, Tina Turner turns 80, but her career is not over yet, and still there are new fans. In March 2018, Tina – The Tina Turner Musical premiered at London’s Aldwych Theatre to the best reviews. Radio 4’s Front Row said, “One of the most impressive musicals I’ve ever seen,” and The Times called it a “raucous musical triumph.”
